去酒吧的理由 | The reason for visiting bars

有天晚上跟朋友去喝酒，朋友突然跟我說:「你去Bar真係為左去Bar。」

對的，這就是作為Nerd 的我的思維模式。

我去這家店，可以是為了它的品牌理念， 它別樹一幟的室內設計，它創辦人的血汗故事，調酒師的知識和技巧，或是招牌雞尾酒背後的心思。

無論是Bar或是其他小店甚至大企業，都有值得欣賞的地方。畢竟在這不僅則退市道，生存下來不是一件容易的事情。有值得欣賞和支持的店，就略盡綿力支持一下吧。

說罷，再喝了一口，又跑去跟調酒師聊天了。 One night I hung out with my friend. He suddenly said, "You really go to the bar for the bar itself." Yes, this is my thinking mode as an 'entreprenerd'. I went to this store for the sake of its brand vision and concept, its unique interior design, its founder's story, the bartender's knowledge and skills, or the secret behind the signature cocktail. No matter it is a bar, small local store or even large enterprise, they need to be appreciated. After all, in this competitive era, it is not easy to survive. There are stores that need appreciation and support. Hope what I am doing can contribute something. So, I took another dram and went to chat with the mixologist.
